Why We Started AyuHealthCare
AyuHealthCare Staffing was founded in Richmond, Virginia to close a gap we saw every day: patients who needed dependable rides to medical care and trustworthy help at home were still falling through the cracks. Our team comes from healthcare operations and financial management — we knew we could build something better.
The name Ayu comes from Sanskrit, meaning life and longevity. It reflects everything we stand for — care that supports life, dignity that honors every patient, and service that families can trust.
We started in Virginia and expanded to Florida because the need is real in both states. Seniors, dialysis patients, post-surgical patients and families caring for loved ones deserve better. That is what AyuHealthCare delivers.
