Agreement

By using our website or requesting services from AyuHealthCare Staffing, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or site.

Service description

AyuHealthCare Staffing provides non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) and in-home care performed by qualified personnel (including certified nursing assistants where applicable) in the areas we serve. Services are subject to availability, eligibility, and clinical or operational suitability.

Booking and cancellation

Request appointments and rides in advance when you can. Cancellation rules can change based on timing and what your plan or facility requires.

If you cancel late or no show too often, we may not be able to keep a slot open. Tell us as soon as your plans change.

Payment terms

Payment may run through Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, private insurance, or self pay, based on your plan, eligibility, and what service you received.

You still owe copays, deductibles, or anything your payer does not cover. We will explain what we know when you call. Your insurer makes the final call on benefits.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, AyuHealthCare Staffing and our people are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using our services or site.

For any claim tied to services, our total liability will not exceed what you paid for that specific service in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred dollars, whichever is higher, unless the law says otherwise.

Service area limitations

Services are offered only in the states and communities we operate in, currently including parts of Virginia and Florida. We may decline or refer out requests outside our service area or where we cannot meet safety or staffing requirements.

Emergency situations

AyuHealthCare Staffing provides non-emergency transport and scheduled care. For medical emergencies, severe symptoms, or life-threatening conditions, call 911 (or your local emergency number) immediately. Do not use our business phone line as a substitute for emergency services.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall lie in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
